Full Time Help Desk
Our help desk is available to support you during business hours for any PC, server or network
related issues you may have. Our help desk staff will have a real time list of devices on their
screen so they can quickly diagnose and remote control your computers if required. We have
default security policies in place that can be adjusted according to your needs.
On-Site Networking Support
You will be assigned a primary on-site engineer who will be your main technical contact for activities performed at your site. This person will typically engage with a single point of contact that you've designated. The on-site engineer will work closely with our help desk staff, your account manager, and other Cooperative Systems' staff, to ensure you have the best possible level of service that we offer.
Managed Services, Asset Monitoring, and Network Health
Our system regularly monitors critical system information and performance statistics that our technicians can utilize to better analyze a situation when it arises. Critical servers can be preprogrammed to page our on-call engineers whenever a server or internet outage occurs. We can monitor all of your Windows devices for their current patch level status and compare that against the list of available Microsoft patches. We can provide a comprehensive report of all network devices including PC's, servers, switches, firewalls, routers, etc. contained within your network. We can also perform updates to your network inventory adn audit information upon request.
