Training
As part of every installation, we provide full training on all of the most popular features of your new phone system. We can train your entire staff in convenient and simple site-based sessions. We can also provide training on the web accessible features of your IP telephone. Our training is conducted immediately after the system is installed so you can apply the knowledge immediately with no loss in productivity. A follow up training session is performed to make sure all relevant features and capabilities are understood by your staff.
Financing/Leasing
Through our partnering capital companies, all of your phone equipment, wiring, computer network, installation, and even furniture can be financed or leased. A fair market value lease can cost less money than paying cash for profitable companies who pay taxes. We offer many monthly payment options to make it easy for you to "pay as you go" so you can have cash for other priorities. We offer $1.00 buyout leases and fair market value leases for 9, 13, 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72 months.
Maintenance and Support Plans
We offer very flexible service contract options for your Cisco IP based phone system. These contracts can cover your equipment and ongoing labor costs with terms and response times determined by you. You also have the option of combining support with our proactive NOAH service
